Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Refund Eligibility
Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Conditions for Refund
Refunds are eligible in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
Customers must share:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product
- Unboxing video (if damaged outer box)
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
- Products consumed partially
- Minor packaging damages not affecting product quality
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Return Shipping Responsibility
- No return option, once goods sold can’t be taken return
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
