Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Customers may request a refund within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Conditions for Refund

Refunds are eligible in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered

Customers must share:

  • Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Unboxing video (if damaged outer box)

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Products consumed partially
  • Minor packaging damages not affecting product quality

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

5. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • No return option, once goods sold can’t be taken return

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed.
