HOW IT STARTED
Arockiya Adumanai was founded in 2016 by Barani Rajagopalan Dinesh, a mother of two and interior designer turned healthy baker, along with Dinesh, co-founder. What began as a mother’s effort to provide nourishing food for her children soon grew into a conscious healthy baking brand. Our goodies are made using whole wheat, native whole-grain millets, and traditional rice varieties, and are sweetened only with jaggery. We follow a clean-food approach with no maida, refined sugar, preservatives, chemicals, or artificial flavours. Every product is freshly and consciously prepared in small batches to ensure quality and mindful nourishment. Rooted in tradition and innovation, Arockiya Adumanai is proud to be among the first to introduce Kavuni rice–based brownies, bringing ancient native ingredients into modern healthy baking.
